**** 4 stars, 17.5+ /20pts

Deep, ruby-red, youthful, lighter pink on edge. The nose is softly-penetrating aromatic black cherries, deep florals, along with herbs and an earthy undertone. Medium-bodied, black cherries and blackberries melded with an amalgam of fragrant herbs, subtle deep florals lingers on the finish. The mouthfeel is soft with powdery tannin, lightly coated on the palate along a mineral textured line. The fruit is with ripe flavour and mid-palate weight, broaden the dimension along with savoury elements and herbal-nuanced finish. This is a refined Pinot Noir with flavours of black fruit, deep florals on a supple powdery tannin palate lead to a savoury herbal-nuanced finish. Match with pork loin and venison carpaccio over the next 3 years. 14% alc, aged in French oak barriques for 9 months. Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews

"A complex bouquet loaded with aromas of dried thyme and red cherry; schist, crushed stones and raspberry; toasty vanilla scented oak and French barrel. On the palate - delicious; savoury, fruity, focused and textured. Flavours of fruits reflect the nose, firm youthful tannins and medium+ acidity accentuate the savoury, mineral aspects - all leading to a complex and lengthy finish. Very youthful still with plenty of tension and nervousness. Decant for service or better still - wait till 2022 then enjoy through till 2028." Cameron Douglas MW

"Gorgeously fruited and elegantly expressed, the bouquet shows dark plum, spiced cherry, thyme, toasted nut and olive characters. The palate displays lovely weight and rounded mouthfeel, together with fine texture and supple tannins, finishing long and soothing. At its best: now to 2023". Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
