Colour:       Pale Gold 

Bouquet:    Citrus on the nose

Palate:       The palate shows intense flavours of lime, honey and      sherbet with a lovely long finish. Good balance between acidity and sweetness. 

Cellar:       A medium dry Riesling that is likely to improve with age. Cellar 5-7 years.
