Deep garnet in hue this wine delivers aromatics of violets, red fruits and oak spice. Aged in a mix of 1/3 new and seasoned French oak barriques you will find layers of red fruits, cherries on the palate and fine well-structured tannins with a silky oak finish. Food match: Merino Lamb.  Cellar 7-10 years.
